Hey, it’s Menu Plan Monday already, and I am ALMOST 100% fine eating solid foods again. How convenient.
A lot of last week’s dinners got changed (or skipped) due to my fabulous tummy trouble and The Hub being out of town for work, so at least grocery bill was low. (See, I make the jokes… I must be ok.)
What’s on the table this week?
Well, Sunday The Hub went to watch the Superbowl, so I was off the hook
Monday – Classic Wedge salads and BBQ chicken
Tuesday – Slow Cooker smothered Pork Chops and Roasted Veggies
Wednesday – Bratwurst and Fries (I froze a bunch of homemade fries and mashed potatoes over the weekend! Hooray!)
Thursday – Prudent Homemaker’s Tacos
Friday – Homemade Mac and Cheese for The Hub (work event for me)
