After a freezer inventory this weekend while I was rearranging to make room for 5 lbs of Oven Fries and 5 lbs of Mashed Potatoes, I am excited about dinner this week (and about having my husband home to enjoy them EVERY night this week!)
Sunday: Easter – Turkey Ham, Roasted Asparagus, Potatoes Au Gratin (basically these with no onion – but a bit of S&P and onion powder sprinkled over each layer)
Monday – Spicy Brown Sugar Chicken and Veggies
Wednesday – Chicken Taco Salad
Thursday – Pizza
Weekend – Grilled Burgers and Oven Fries
