It’s Menu Plan Monday again already – whew! So what’s the plan this week at The Tree House?
Sunday – Burgers and home fries
Monday – Greek Meatball Gyros (edit – this got switched to pork chops with broccoli and potatoes after a shopping trip yielded some tasty chops)
Tuesday – Grilled Salmon with balsamic greens
Wednesday – Chicken Cheddar Paninis and carrot sticks
Thursday – Sweet and Spicy Chicken (this is a favorite, I always make it with b/s breasts,) baked mac and cheese with broccoli
Weekend – Grilled Pizza
(Also – this Saturday I get to play hostess and cook up a storm for The Hub’s 40th birthday bash – I am whipping up hors d’oeuvres versions of his favorite foods – steak fajita bites, smoked cheddar cheeseburger sliders, mac and cheese wedges, shoestring fries with chimichurri butter for dipping, and one of my famous giant two-tiered meat and cheese plates. I LOVE being the hostess, especially when I am celebrating someone I love!)
