Menu Plan Monday

It’s Menu Plan Monday again already – whew!  So what’s the plan this week at The Tree House?

Sunday –  Burgers and home fries

Monday –  Greek Meatball Gyros (edit – this got switched to pork chops with broccoli and potatoes after a shopping trip yielded some tasty chops)

Tuesday – Grilled Salmon with balsamic greens

Wednesday –  Chicken Cheddar Paninis and carrot sticks

Thursday – Sweet and Spicy Chicken (this is a favorite, I always make it with b/s breasts,) baked mac and cheese with broccoli

Weekend – Grilled Pizza

(Also – this Saturday I get to play hostess and cook up a storm for The Hub’s 40th birthday bash – I am whipping up hors d’oeuvres versions of his favorite foods – steak fajita bites, smoked cheddar cheeseburger sliders,  mac and cheese wedges, shoestring fries with chimichurri butter for dipping, and one of my famous giant two-tiered meat and cheese plates.  I LOVE being the hostess, especially when I am celebrating someone I love!)

So check out Eat, Drink, and Be Keri for recipes as the week progresses, and stop by Meal Plan Monday over at Orgjunkie.com for other fabulous Meal Plan Monday rundowns.

  1. The salmon sounds awesome- we love it at our house, but I always overcook it.

Thanks for swinging by my blog. The candy chicken is a huge crowd pleaser. No matter how tired your hubs is of chicken, he will like it… promise. So will your little ones.
