BUT we are back on the wagon this week, and The Hub requested some lighter fare, since we kind of ate like pigs, er, kings all last week.
Sunday- Last meal with ILs – at a fave restaurant
Monday – Ground Turkey Tacos
Tuesday -Spinach stuffed pork chops, corn
Wednesday – Turkey Kilbasa with peppers and potato
Thursday – Grilled Chicken Breast, Spinach Citrus Salad (Father in law’s creation that The Hub ate up!)
Friday/Weekend – thin crust pizza
Lunches – The Hub has mac and cheese in the freezer, as well as sandwich fixins, I am TRYING to break up my BLT habit with tuna salad and fruit, as well as left overs at least a few times this week.
