PTI -back again with a fun week of meals around The Tree House. So what’s cookin’?
Sunday: Pot Roast, Roasted Potatoes and Broccoli
Monday: Baked Potatoes Ole! (Build-your-own Tex-Mex topped baked potato bar)
Tuesday: Sausage Tortelini with Uber Sauce; Garlic Bread, Salad
Wednesday: Sheppard’s Pie (a great way to hide lots of veggies in a meal,) with crusty bread
Thursday: Spicy Pork & Veggie Faux-Mein (lo mein made with whole wheat spaghetti)
Friday/ Weekend: Turkey Cheddar burgers, oven fries.
Lunches: The freezer is stocked with individual portions of Aunt Keri’s mac and cheese and oven baked chicken tenders for The Hub, and I will be taking advantage of pot roast leftovers to make yummy wraps with lettuce and shredded carrots, beef, and greek dressing. Mmmmm.
