This week’s menu plan actually features a few items from the fabulous Personal Chef that my mom and dad got us as a gift to help stock the freezer in preparation for the Cub’s first few weeks at home – she came over last week and did a little trial run! I have indicated her creations with “GourmetAway” – the name of the business.
Sunday – Grilled Burgers and Oven Fries
Monday – GourmetAway Bourbon Glazed Pork Loin with Collard, Pepper, and Artichoke Bake
Tuesday – Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Baked Potatoes, Salad
Wednesday – Gourmet Away Chicken Enchiladas Suiza, Mexican Rice with Veggies
Thursday – Creamy pasta and beef with Cauliflower and Carrots
Friday/Weekend – GourmetAway Chicken Szechuan with “Wong Brothers Recipe” Fried Rice and Veggies.
Lunches are all about leftovers this week for both of us – the dishes she prepped leave enough for at least one of us to eat leftovers, and I am making extra big batches of the things I am cooking as well.
