Menu Plan Monday again already? That long weekend just flew by for me! It was a good one though, filled with delicious food, wonderful family, and lots of relaxing with The Hub and Potter-pie.
So, what’s on the table at the Tree House this week?
Sunday – Pot Roast and Roasted Veggies
Monday – Ground Turkey Tacos
Tuesday – Turkey and Dumplings (Using this recipe and leftover Thanksgiving Turkey!)
Wednesday – Asian Beef Salad (using leftover pot roast!)
Thursday – Ham and Cheese Paninis and Fries
Friday/Weekend – Cheesey Chicken and Pasta with veggies
Lunches – Pot Roast left overs will be on the menu for both of us, since I got a SCREAMING deal (7 bucks for a $19.00 roast) on a huge roast for Sunday. There is also Mac and Cheese in the freezer for The Hub, and I have Fried Chicken from one of our favorite local restaurants, and fixings for big salads (my Ranch tooth has been barking lately- “Raaaaaaaanch!”)
